Where the Rubber Meets the Road

Requirements for returning Agri Star II tires purchased under the Agri Star II Assurance Pledge and obtaining credit for 100% of the purchase price toward replacement tires:

Agri Star II tires must be returned to the authorized Alliance Agri Star II dealer where such tires were purchased
- The original invoice reflecting the purchase price of the Agri Star II tires being returned is required
Agri Star II tires must have Agri Star II on the sidewall
- 465, 470, 485, 490 patterns
Agri Star II tires must be purchased between 06-01-2024 and 05-31-2025, and the original purchase date must appear on the original invoice
Limit on Agri Star II tires returned by a person or company
- Minimum 2 Agri Star II tires
- Maximum 8 Agri Star II tires
Quantity of tires being returned must be equal to the quantity of all Agri Star II tires purchased
Agri Star II tires must be returned with >50% of their original tread depth remaining in order to qualify for the Agri Star II Assurance Pledge and receive a credit toward replacement tires of the same size
At the time the Agri Star II tires are returned to the dealer from which they were purchased, and replaced with tires of the same size, you will receive a credit of 100% of the original Agri Star II tire purchase amount (not including tax, service, or mounting fees) applied to the cost of your new replacement tires. The credit cannot be used for the purchase of any other size tires or used at a later date

Tires that are excluded from the Agri Star II Assurance Pledge Program:

Agri Star II tires that came mounted on a machine (original equipment)
Agri Star II tires sold to dealers, distributors, or manufacturers of equipment fitted with Agri Star II tires
Agri Star II tires that conform to the definitions of “Adjustable Conditions” or “Non-Adjustable Conditions” as set forth in the YOHTA Limited Warranty cannot be returned under the Agri Star II Assurance Pledge Program.

Info for Dealers

Promote the Agri Star II Assurance Pledge to customers who place long-term business value and tire performance over other buying concerns like brand or price.
At time of returning the Agri Star II tires:
- Dealer sells and installs replacements (of the same size only)
  - This promotion does not apply to tires other than those that are the same size as the original Agri Star II tires
- Dealer issues a credit to the original purchaser of the original Agri Star II tires that were returned in an amount equal to the purchase price thereof, and applies that credit to the invoice for the purchase of replacement tires of the same size
  - Show credit amount on replacement tire invoice (minus service, taxes, etc.)
- Dealer submits credit request for the amount of the credit that Dealer issued to its customer for the returned Agri Star II tires
  - Credit request must be submitted via email to the Dealer’s YOHTA Sales Rep with all required documentation
  - Credit request must include the original Agri Star II sales/install invoice
  - Credit request must also include invoice/install date of replacement tires (same dimension as removed tires). The invoice for the replacement tires must reflect the credit provided for the original purchase price of the Agri Star II tires
- Dealer keeps removed/used Agri Star II tires for re-sell, if appropriate
If all conditions are met, YOHTA will issue a credit to Dealer in the amount of the purchase price of the original Agri Star II tires
